Phillip Bowers
Philip Bowers is the President and CEO of Spectrum Management, Inc. a consulting firm with a focus on major business strategy evaluation and development, business process planning and review, and turnaround assessment and management. He has over 20 years of executive management experience including President and CEO of two companies. In addition to his role with Spectrum Management, he is the Colorado Chapter President of the Institute of Management Consultants, President of the Board of Trustees for Montclair Academy, member of the Turnaround Management Association and various other civic organizations.

Ted is a seasoned leader with a record of success in multiple businesses and disciplines. He has a strong record of driving growth and improving profits, most recently driving revenues from $15M to $52M as a Regional Vice President for a fortune 100 company. During the same period, he improved profits over 300%. His experience in sales, account retention, human resources and negotiation have resulted in the growth and profit, noted above, while negotiating over 30 union contracts without a strike. Ted studied business at Western Michigan University and graduate studies in leadership at Penn State and Villanova University.
David Halpern

David Halpern began his career as a Vice President in the family business, E. J. Korvette, NY, NY, one of America's first discount chains with sales over a billion dollars and listed on the NYSE. Mr. Halpern later became Executive Vice President of Brooks Fashion Stores, a 1700-store women's clothing chain in NY, NY, and also listed on the NYSE.
Mr. Halpern was a Franchisee of the Esprit Clothing Co. located in San Francisco, California and owned and operated his own chain of Esprit Stores. After a five-year period of operating 180 retail stores in St. Louis, MO, under the name of Networks, Mr. Halpern became President of
another retail operation in St. Louis named Best Sav'ns where he was a member of a TAB Board. With its sale in 1994, Mr. Halpern became a facilitator for TAB, and then took over as President and Director in 1998.
Today, Mr. Halpern is responsible for refining products, training and coaching facilitators. Mr. Halpern continues to facilitate a board of 12 diverse businesses.

Blair Koch’s professional career spans more than twenty years as an executive, entrepreneur and trusted business advisor to presidents, CEOs and business owners. Her background and experience includes business start-up, operational management, business development, sales and marketing, project and product management, strategic planning and facilitation. Her experience as a business owner and shareholder provide her with broad exposure to the vast array of challenges, opportunities, issues and problems that top executives and entrepreneurs face.
Susan LeTerneau

Susan is a partner of Transition Technologies Team LLC, assisting organizations and individuals in navigating changing situations. She is a certified facilitator for The Alternative Board (TAB) programs including Strategic Business Leadership© and Formula for Success©. Susan's management background includes several years at Citicorp where she held positions as Corporate Marketing Director, Service Quality Manager, Systems Development Manager, and Administrative Services Director. Susan serves on the faculty of Regis University for the Masters of Science in Management program.
Larry Rowland

Larry is a partner of Transition Technologies Team LLC, assisting organizations and individuals in navigating changing situations. Larry’s professional career began with the international accounting and consulting firm of Deloitte & Touche. He has held vice-presidential positions with public and private corporations, serving as CFO. As an executive, he was responsible for guiding organizations through significant change in diverse circumstances, ranging from mergers and combinations, to rapid growth or drastic downsizing. Larry founded his own successful consulting practice in 1985. His consulting emphasizes leadership which involves the people who are affected by the change.
